Base Rent includes 5% premium for convenience and safety of private balcony spiral stairs leading directly to private beach, heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, tennis court, volleyball area, and barbecue gas grills
Base rent does not include $165 Cleaning/Rental Insurance Fee
Base rent does not include 12% Florida Sales/Resort Tax

Additional guests are $63.00 per person per week.
Children 4 and under are free.
Crib, crib sheet, high chair, rollaway beds, etc. available for nominal rental fee. Contact Owner to make arrangements.

High Season Information
Our High Season is our most popular rental period. Special policies apply during High Season.
Minimum Length of Stay is at least 7 days.
High Season bookings are Saturday to Saturday Only.
Value Season Information
Our Value Season is often overlooked. It provides moderate to ideal weather conditions and lowest accommodation rates. Usually with a slight adjustment in your vacation schedule you can save up to 50% off our peak period rates.
Minimum Length of Stay
During High Season bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
July 4th Bookings must be for a minimum of 7 nights.
Contact owner for bookings of less than 5 nights.
Payment
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total reservation and travel insurance (optional). Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be in U.S. funds. We gladly accept personal checks, cashier's check, money order, travelers check or by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER).
Security Deposit
On arrival guests will be asked to provide a VISA, MasterCard, or Discover imprint for a security deposit.
Cancellation
Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for full refund (less $100 Service Fee and Travel Insurance Premium, if purchased).
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m.
Pets
Pets are NOT allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is NOT allowed. Reef Club Unit 106 is a smoke-free condo.

Cleaning/Rental Insurance Fee
A $165 Cleaning/Rental Insurance Fee applies to all rentals.
Sales Tax
12% Florida Sales Tax applies to all rentals.
Unavailability
If, for reasons beyond our control, the unit reserved for you becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to move you to another unit.
