How far is the beach?
Reef Club Condo Unit 106 is a beachfront condo. It is approximately 100 feet to the private beach and the Gulf of Mexico. You have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from the windows, the sliding glass doors, and the private balcony of our unit.
The balcony for condo unit 106, as our vacation home away from home, directly faces the beach.
What is the maximum occupancy of Reef Club Unit 106?
The condo has beds for 8 people.
Are linens, towels, and extra pillows provided?
Yes, linens, towels, and extra pillows are provided. A washer and dryer is also in the condo.
4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, and 4 washcloths are provided for each bathroom. Our guests can request extra bath towels, etc. from the property manager at check-in or our guests can come by the property manager's housekeeping office to pick them up after check-in. Beach towels are not provided but all types of Indian Rocks Beach Florida souvenir beach towel sizes and styles are available for purchase at very reasonable prices (typically $3 to $8 each) from local stores such as The Island Shop (727-596-2244) and CVS drugstore (727-596-8500).

What are the regulations for smoking and pets?
Reef Club Unit 106 is a non-smoking unit. No pets are allowed. Pets can be conveniently boarded at Advantage Pet Center (Tel 727-544-2459), Animal Hospital of Largo (Tel 727-595-2287), Bark Place Hotel (Tel 727-585-5880), Bluffs Animal Hospital (Tel 727-585-5682), Happy Tails Grooming & Boarding Kennel (Tel 727-397-3581), Indian Rocks Beach Animal Hospital (Tel 727-596-9156), Oakhurst Kennels (Tel 727-397-8844), or 1 Tobacoff's Boarding Kennel (Tel 727-586-2021).
Is Reef Club Unit 106 on the first floor of the building?
Yes. Our guests enjoy a private balcony that looks out directly to the private beach, the Gulf of Mexico, and all of the amenities. The balcony has private spiral stairs that lead directly to the private beach, heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, tennis court, and gas grills-- all within 100 feet of our Reef Club Unit 106. Covered reserved parking is on the entire ground floor and our guests of all ages enjoy the convenience of our reserved parking space right next to our private spiral stairs and right across from the two elevators for the building.
Is Reef Club Unit 106 easily accessible for adults and children of all ages?
Yes, Unit 106 is accessible by two elevators and a regular staircase. There is also a private spiral staircase to the private balcony for our condo. Unit 106 has an assigned covered parking space right across from the elevators and right next to our private spiral staircase.
Is Reef Club Condo Unit 106 accessible to persons using a walker alone or a combination of a walker and a wheelchair?
Yes. Our unit is on the first floor as the ground floor of the building is for covered reserved parking. There are two elevators and a regular staircase to our unit, in addition to the private spiral stairs from our private balcony. Our reserved parking space is right across from the two elevators for the building and right next to the private spiral stairs leading to our unit. There is a short ramp that leads to the elevators, which allow easy access to and from our unit. A person needs to be able to use a walker to enter our unit and to access the bedrooms and bathrooms. See the Accessibility Measurements on the Floor Plan Page. We have had previous guests who have used a walker alone or a combination of walker and wheelchair and they enjoyed their stay with us. If needed, arrangements to rent a custom walker and/or wheelchair can be made through the Owner.
Is High Speed Internet Access available in Unit 106?
Yes, high speed broadband internet access for all types of computers is available for free. Contact Owner to make special arrangements.
Does Reef Club Unit 106 have a telephone?
Yes, there are free, unlimited local calls.
What is the square footage of Reef Club Unit 106?
1,300 square feet.
Are directions, discount coupons, etc. available for Busch Gardens and other theme parks/attractions for Reef Club Unit 106?
Yes. Contact Owner to make special arrangements.
Is beach equipment available for use on the private beach?
Yes, a selection of beach toys, balls, rafts, chairs, umbrellas, etc. is available in our unit closet for use by our guests. Beach umbrellas, additional chairs, and other beach equipment items are all available for a nominal fee. Contact Owner to make special arrangements. The Island Shop (727-596-2244) within 1/2 mile carries a full line of beach equipment and supplies (Surfboards, Skimboards, T-Shirts, Bikinis, Board Shorts, Sunglasses, etc.). The CVS (727-596-8500) drugstore within 1/2 mile carries a full line of beach supplies.
Are grocery stores and pharmacies nearby?
Yes. There is a small grocery store (USA Grocers) two blocks away for convenience items like milk, bread, cereal, fruit juices, etc. A number of full-service grocery stores are within a 10-15 minute drive (Albertsons, Publix, Winn Dixie, etc.). There is a CVS drugstore (727-596-8500) within 1/2 mile that dispenses prescriptions and carries a full line of beach supplies.
Are gluten-free food products and other natural food products available nearby?
Yes, the following stores are within a 5-10 minute drive and carry a selection of various gluten-free and natural food products: Albertsons, Publix, WalMart, Winn Dixie, Richard's Foodporium.
Does the Suncoast Trolley have a pickup/stop near The Reef Club building?
Yes, the Suncoast Trolley has a pickup/stop right in front of our building. Many guests who have stayed with us from all over the United States, Canada, Europe, etc. fly into either Tampa International Airport or St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, take the airport shuttle to our building, and then use the trolley instead of a car to get around. Adults and children of all ages have enjoyed the trolley rides and the convenient pickup/stop right in front of our building.
Are sidewalks available for walking to restaurants, convenience stores, etc.?

Is parking available for more than one car?
Yes. Our Reef Club Unit 106 has one reserved and covered parking space right next to the private spiral stairs to our balcony and right across from the elevators for the building. There are guest parking spaces also available. Parking on the street is also available.
Are docks/marinas available to dock a sailboat or powerboat?
Yes, docks/marinas are nearby and can be rented for a nominal fee. Contact Owner to make special arrangements.
Is parking available for motor homes, large boats, or other large vehicles?
Yes, contact Owner to make special arrangements.
Is transportation to/from Reef Club Condo Unit 106 available at Tampa International Airport and St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport?
Yes. Rental cars/vans are available at Tampa International Airport (Tel 813-870-8700) and St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (Tel 727-453-7800).
Local cabs/vans for hire are available (Bats Taxi, 727-367-3702; Yellow Cab 727-799-2222). There is also a shuttle service (telephone 727-572-1111 or 800-282-6817) to/from the airports. Contact Owner to make special arrangements.
